This?
Like, what is that? It looks like she's inside of a q-tip!
But her need for attention through clothing isn't even the biggest problem. At this point, I think she's eager for attention through any means possible. For example, take a look at the Telephone video, and try to watch out for the excessive amounts of product placement she's got in it...necessary? Nine brand names in a nine and a half minute video. Check out this blurb for more detail (http://www.examiner.com/music-in-canada/lady-gaga-telephone-product-plugs)
Also, the girl has surpassed OPRAH in earnings. 90 million dollars in one year! What's surprising though is that Gaga has this whole thing about supporting gays (which I totally think is a good thing) but a good portion of these companies she makes plugs for are pretty anti-gay, such as Miracle Whip, which donates almost exclusively to conservative groups. So what good does that do? Check out this tumblr that is completely dedicated to gays AGAINST Gaga: (http://gaysagainstgaga.tumblr.com/) how surprising is that? If she's pissed off people in her major fan base, then you know she's doing something wrong.
(Side note, does anyone think that song sounds like she ripped off Madonna? I do.) Even Weird Al Yankovic made fun of the song, titling it "Perform this Way."
Another weird fact: in a concert in Australia recently, she used a wheelchair as a part of her costume. Yup, she's definitely crossed the line. Can we get the cool Lady Gaga back? The one that was mildly shocking compared to outrageously shocking? That'd be great. Don't get me wrong, I still love "Poker Face" and her first two albums, but in the past year or so things have just gotten a little cray cray. And even though I'm not a big fan of her new album...I'll admit it..."Edge of Glory" is really catchy.
